About the Event
Join me mid-week for a nourishing and Restorative practice that will help soothe your mind, body, and offer deep support to your nervous system.
This class will begin with gentle movment and supported held stretches. We focus on breath to bring calm to the body and relaxation to the mind. The last part of class ends with students "nesting" into a juicy supportive pose for nidra (yogic sleep).
Yoga props are helpful, but not necessary. You can use couch cushions, pillows, blankets, books for propping.
