HOW TO PREPARE

  • Be sure to find a quiet space

  • Use an eye pillow or washcloth to cover eyes

  • Find a comfortable posture where the back and legs are supported

  • Turn off all devices

  • Light a candle or incense to soften the senses


  • I encourage individuals to use headphones to enhance the sound quality and experience
