What to Expect
Beginning of Session
Every session begins with breath work to settle the body and quiet the mind.
Vocal toning is often a part of this process to activate the vagus nerve and calm participants psyche in preparation for soundscapes
I begin with a guided meditation and then create soundscapes using various instruments and tones to encourage the body to soften, open, and relase.
I encourage all individuals to listen judiciously with their WHOLE body.
If you fall asleep you still receive benefits of the session.
End of Session
We end each session coming back to a seated position for soft breath work to integrate the session. I encourage participants to reflect and journal their experience
