About the Event

This 4-week Supportive Series is meant for us to SLOW DOWN and invite deep self-connection by offering our whole body/being nourishment & restoration reflective & embodied practices. 

It's in this precious space of slowing down, that we offer the body support to integrate what's present and how we may feed and allow the spaces/places that need tending to. We will create space to soften and receive who we are, where we are at, and uncover how we might better support ourselves moving forward.

Each session is meant to offer soft support for everyone. There will be 

- grounding practices

- embodiment exercises for self-connection

- gentle movement for welcoming the body 

- breath work for centering

- journaling for self-inquiry

- sound meditation for release

2 of the 4 Sessions will incorporate specific embodied awareness practices for participants to learn and take away for future self-support. These practices are simple, effective, and transformative to your daily living! They offer you the awareness to recognize what's present and agency to self-regulate. We will specifically work with several Vagus Nerve & breathing practices.

Each week will have a different focus:

Week 1: 'I Soften - Connecting to breath & body'

Week 2: 'I Welcome - Strength in Vulnerability'

Week 3: 'I Am - Connecting To Self & Inner Child'

Week 4: 'I Can - Integration & Groundation'

We will also have "homework" or as I like to call "Invitations" to welcome this work and practice between sessions.
