This Valentine’s Day, you’re invited into a sacred evening devoted to the heart - an intentional pause to reconnect with love in its purest form.

Held in the quiet threshold between midwinter and the approaching Spring Equinox, this time of year carries a subtle but powerful energy. Beneath the stillness, something is beginning to stir. Seeds of warmth, connection, and renewal are gathering strength. This ceremony is an invitation to attune to that energy - tuning inward before the outward movement of spring begins.

We’ll begin with a gentle cacao ceremony, working with this heart-opening plant medicine to soften the body and quiet the mind. From there, you’ll be guided through a heart-centered meditation, creating space to connect deeply with yourself - and, if you attend with a partner, with one another.

The evening will unfold into an immersive sound and Reiki journey, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a felt sense of safety, presence, and love. This is not about performance or spectacle - it’s about sincerity, devotion, and listening.

A note on cacao :

Ceremonial cacao is an ancient and sacred plant medicine with origins rooted in Mesoamerica thousands of years ago - first honored by the Olmecs, and later carried forward by the Mayans and Aztecs. Traditionally shared in ritual and communal settings, cacao was regarded as a sacred ally of the heart - used in ceremonies of prayer, connection, funeral rites, and communal harmony.

Cacao is non-psychedelic and gentle in its effects. Many people experience a sense of warmth, subtle energy, emotional openness, or grounded clarity. Each person’s experience is unique, and you will be guided throughout.

We approach this medicine with deep respect for its origins, lineage, and spirit. It will be offered and guided with reverence - as a way to gently open the heart, enliven the body, and support a deeper connection to yourself, to one another, and to the shared space we are creating together.
