Will past lives come up?

Often, yes. When they arise, it’s because they offer meaningful context for patterns or experiences in your current life. They are never forced or used as the sole focus.

Will you tell me what I should do?

No. This work is designed to strengthen your self-trust and discernment. I share what is present - you decide what feels true and what to do with it.

What kinds of questions can I bring?

You’re welcome to bring specific questions, themes, or areas of life you want clarity on. At the same time, the reading may also reveal what is most important beyond those.

What if I don’t resonate with what’s shared?

That’s completely okay. Nothing is meant to override your inner knowing. Take what feels true, and leave the rest.

Why does this process take two weeks?

Because this is depth work. The time allows for a more intentional, thorough attunement rather than quick or surface-level insight.

Will this predict my future?

No. This is not predictive work. It focuses on patterns, alignment, and what is available to you in the present.

Is this a replacement for therapy or coaching?

No. This work can complement personal growth or therapeutic work, but it is not a substitute for licensed or medical support.

How should I prepare?

You don’t need to prepare in a structured way. However, having intention is powerful. Upon booking, I send a form asking your intention and reason for booking. Having awareness of why you’re seeking this work at this time or what you feel ready to understand more deeply is important. More than anything, come as you are - with openness, presence, and a willingness to listen.

What happens after the session?

You’ll receive a personalized integration packet to help you ground what was revealed and continue working with it in your day-to-day life.

Together, we’ll move through grounding practices that support real nervous-system regulation and renewal - including sound, yoga, energy work, somatic inquiry, ritual, deep rest, and time in nature.

Retreat Flow & Experiences:

Our days follow a gentle rhythm rather than a full schedule, leaving plenty of space for rest, reflection, and time in nature. All offerings are optional, and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace.

Morning Movement
Gentle embodied movement blending yoga, breath, and intuitive dance to support presence, grounding, and embodied awareness.

Spacious Midday Rest & Nature Time
Unstructured time to rest, journal, explore, kayak, walk the beach, or simply be. Quiet time in nature is deeply encouraged - soaking in the medicine of Ocracoke is a core part of the retreat.

Creative Play & Art Station
An open art space available throughout the retreat for intuitive exploration and creative expression.

Daily Reflection
Participants will be given daily journal prompts offered to support integration and inner listening.

Evening Integration
Sound journeys, circles, reflection, and ceremony to gently integrate the day's experience.

Flower Full Moon Fire Ceremony
A sacred evening gathering with sound, reflection, and fire for release and renewal.

Closing Circle + Farewell Breakfast
A final gathering to reflect, integrate, and close our time together, followed by a farewell breakfast and a group Zoom integration call the following week.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR

Brooke is the founder and keeper of Little Rituals, an island sanctuary on Ocracoke devoted to spiritual living in a modern world.

She is also a yoga teacher, somatic energy practitioner, sound therapist, and spiritual mentor supporting sensitive, high-capacity women in moving out of overwhelm and back into embodied clarity, self-trust, and energetic sovereignty.

With over 15 years of devoted yoga practice, more than three years of teaching, formal training as a Somatic Coach, and five years of experience holding group sound journeys, women’s circles, and private 1:1 sessions, Brooke’s work weaves body-based regulation, energetic hygiene, sound therapy, movement, and ritual.

She creates spaces where transformation is not only deeply felt, but sustainable - where intuition strengthens, heart intelligence comes back online, and women return to self-leadership as the guiding force of their lives.
