Spring Communion: A Women's Retreat | Cancellation & Refund Policy

Spring Communion is a small, carefully held retreat with limited spaces and on-site accommodations that must be secured well in advance. Because of the nature of retreat planning, we ask that you read the following policy carefully before booking.

Payment Structure

All retreat bookings are paid in full at the time of purchase.

 

Of the total retreat cost, $400 is considered a non-refundable deposit ($250 for retreat pass only). This portion of your payment secures your place, reserves accommodations, and allows us to begin preparations for this intimate retreat.

 

If paying in full at checkout is not accessible, a limited number of payment plans are available by request. In all cases, $400 of the total cost ($250 for retreat pass only) remains non-refundable, with the remaining balance paid in scheduled installments.

All balances must be paid in full by March 30, 2026 to maintain your reservation.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the retreat start date may receive a refund of any payments made beyond the $400 non-refundable portion ($250 for retreat pass only), minus any applicable processing fees.

  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date are not eligible for refunds beyond the non-refundable portion, as retreat expenses and accommodations have already been secured.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat, or failure to attend (no-shows), will result in forfeiture of all payments.

 

Payment Plans & Cancellations

If you are on a payment plan and choose to cancel, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless your space is filled by another participant.

 

The $400 non-refundable portion ($250 for retreat pass only) applies in all cases.

 

Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another woman with prior written approval from Brooke, provided the new participant is a good fit for the retreat container.

 

Transfers must be completed no later than 14 days prior to the retreat start date.

 

The $400 non-refundable portion ($250 for retreat pass only) remains non-refundable but may be applied to the transferred booking.

 

Retreat Changes or Cancellation by Host

In the unlikely event that Spring Communion must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to extreme weather, road closures, illness, or safety concerns), all participants will be offered:

  • A postponed retreat date, with all registrations automatically transferred

  • If an attendee is unable to attend the rescheduled retreat, a full refund will be issued, including the $400 non-refundable portion ($250 for retreat pass only).

 

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of illness, emergencies, or travel disruptions.
