Spring Communion is for the woman who’s been holding a lot - and is ready to release and reawaken.
This weekend offering invites women to gather and move slowly together through practices that support release, recalibration, and renewal - including sound, energy work, somatic inquiry, ritual, rest, and time in nature. The intention is to restore your internal rhythm so you can meet the next season of your life feeling clear, energized, and deeply rooted in trust with yourself.
