Restorative Yoga + Sound Medicine: a collaborative class with Dr Torre Hinnant.
Service Description
Join us for a deeply restorative evening blending restorative yoga, breathwork, meditation, and live therapeutic sound.* This special collaboration is guided by Torre Hinnant, an Integrative MD with more than 20 years of experience* helping individuals restore nervous system balance, reduce stress, and cultivate optimal mental well-being and physical health*. As Torre leads participants through grounding breathwork and restorative postures, Brooke will create an immersive soundscape with live cello, singing bowls, and gong therapy to support deeper release and relaxation.* Together, you’ll be held in a nourishing experience designed to cultivate nervous system regulation, presence, and inner alignment.* This evening is an invitation to soften, slow down, and reconnect with yourself -physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy Life happens - I totally get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your 1:1 session or group class, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the spot to someone else. Cancellations and reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend (please email me their name in advance). No-shows will not receive a refund. All bookings are paid in advance to hold your space. Free connection calls will not be charged - but please try to provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Thank you for understanding and for respecting both my time and the energy of this container. Accessibility Notice Please note: The training space includes stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. There are no elevators or lifts available.
