Summer Solstice marks the peak of the Sun - the height of light, vitality, and life force in the Wheel of the Year. It is a traditional moment to pause, witness what is alive, and consciously commit to how we carry our energy forward as the light slowly begins to turn inward.

Embody the Light is a ceremonial day retreat held at this powerful midpoint of the year. Rooted in seasonal ritual and embodied practice, it offers space to reconnect with your inner light - especially if it’s felt dimmed, scattered, or overextended going into the yang part of the year.

In the Year of the Horse (2026), a year that calls for embodied action and integrity in movement, this retreat serves as a grounding threshold: a chance to realign/recommit with yourself, your vitality, and the deeper why behind how you’re living and moving forward.

• Opening Circle & Solstice Orientation

  Grounding, intention, and orientation to the Solstice threshold

• Embodied Movement | Awaken Your Fire

  Yoga-inspired movement and intuitive flow to awaken vitality and presence

• Build Your Burn Bundle

  Creating a personal ritual bundle using seasonal and island elements

• Midday Rest & Integration

  Spacious time for nourishment, reflection, and rest

• Sound-Side Beach Ceremony (weather permitting)

  Barefoot walk to the water, ceremonial release, and immersive sound

  (Indoor option if weather requires)

• Closing Blessing

🕯 Schedule Overview

• 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM - Opening, Ritual, Embodied Practice

• 1:00 – 3:30 PM - Break (lunch, rest, personal integration)

3:30 – 5:00 PM - Sound & Energy Ceremony + Closing

Light snacks + tea will be provided during retreat

Doors to retreat/sanctuary space will open at 9:30am and remain open until 6pm for meditation, individual practice, journaling/reflection/integration during free time
