Service Description

This is more than a yoga class. We begin sitting together, talking about the current astrology — not to predict anything, and not as a reading of your chart. Just the energy of the season and the week, and where it might already be showing up in your life. You're welcome to share your sun, moon + rising, and if you have your chart handy we can look at a placement or two — how your rising might be moving through your days, what this zodiac season is asking of you. Mostly we're noticing together. Naming what's already there. From that conversation, we move. An embodied practice shaped around what you're carrying and what the sky is doing — breath, slow intentional movement, strength, and moments of stillness. Not a sequence I brought with me. Yours. This is a slower practice rooted in sensation, nervous system care, and the wisdom of the body. You'll be supported with hands-on guidance. We close with a long savasana — hands-on Reiki, a short sound meditation, or both — to let the practice settle and integrate. You'll also take home a raw palm stone chosen for the week's energy, a small reminder that the practice continues beyond the mat. Not forcing. Not fixing.
