A Living Yoga Practice
Service Description
This is class is more than just yoga - it begins with Brooke sharing about the current astrology and a tarot pull.. not to predict the week ahead, but to tune into the energy of the week and reflect on what may already you be feeling. With this class, we create the space to notice, connect, and move that energy through our bodies. After the astro share, we begin an embodied yoga practice inspired by the astrology. Breath, slow intentional movement, and strength along with moments of stillness...we make space to notice, feel, and reconnect to pur bodies and energy - to nourish from within. This is a slower practice rooted in sensation, nervous system care, and the wisdom of the body. You’ll be supported with hands-on guidance, and we’ll close with therapeutic assists and lengthy savasana. You’ll also take home a raw palm stone chosen for the week’s energy, a small reminder that the practice continues beyond the mat. $38 · Limited to 10 · All levels welcome · All props provided.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy Life happens - I totally get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your 1:1 session or group class, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the spot to someone else. Cancellations and reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend (please email me their name in advance). No-shows will not receive a refund. All bookings are paid in advance to hold your space. Free connection calls will not be charged - but please try to provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Thank you for understanding and for respecting both my time and the energy of this container. Accessibility Notice Please note: The training space includes stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. There are no elevators or lifts available.
