Service Description

The gong is the primary instrument in this experience. Its powerful vibrational field can quiet the thinking mind and invite the body into a deeply meditative state. Waves of sound move through the room, often helping the body soften, unwind, and drop into a place of deep rest. Supporting instruments - such as crystal bowls, chimes, and shruti - are woven in at times to complement the soundscape, but the gong remains the heart of the journey. During the session, Reiki energy work is offered to support the movement of stagnant energy and emotion, helping restore a natural flow of chi through the body. Because gong therapy works deeply with the nervous system and energetic body, some participants may experience emotional release, vivid imagery, or waves of sensation as the body unwinds. For this reason, participants complete a brief intake form ahead of time so the space can be held with care and awareness. This offering can be especially supportive for those experiencing: - stress or mental overwhelm - emotional heaviness or life transitions - energetic stagnation or fatigue - a desire for deep rest and inner reset You’ll rest comfortably on the floor with supportive mats, blankets, and props as the sound and Reiki work together to guide the body inward.
