Service Description

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. The word means “universal life energy,” referring to the subtle energy (qi, prana) that flows through all living things. During a session, Brooke places hands directly on and around the body to support the movement of this energy - helping to clear blockages, soothe the nervous system, and activate the body’s natural ability to heal. Reiki promotes deep relaxation and restoration, often leaving individuals feeling grounded, calm, and more connected to self. It’s recommended to allow quiet space afterward to fully integrate the session.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, I totally get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your 1:1 session or group class, please give at least **24 hours’ notice** so I can offer the spot to someone else. Cancellations and reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, but you're welcome to gift your spot to a friend. No shows will not receive a refund. All bookings are paid in advance to hold your space. Free connection calls will not be charged - but please try to provide plenty of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Thank you for understanding and for respecting both mine and your fellow participants time.
