Whether you’re visiting the island or call it home, this class offers a beautiful way to begin the week - bringing the body back into balance and the mind into a centered, grounded place before the days ahead unfold. This deeply nourishing practice blends restorative yoga, sound meditation, and live cello sound bath to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. You’ll be guided through a series of supported restorative poses, with gentle movement between each shape to help the body soften, unwind, and settle. Throughout the practice, live cello soundscapes are layered and looped to create a soothing field of vibration that encourages the mind to quiet and the body to release tension. The cello’s rich, resonant tones are known for their ability to **open the heart and evoke a deep sense of emotional warmth and connection**. At times, voice and short poetry are woven in, creating an immersive space for stillness, reflection, and inward connection. This class is designed to help the body downshift from the pace of daily life, allowing stress to melt away while inviting a deeper sense of presence and calm. We close with an extended savasana - a long period of rest - with optional hands-on touch and Reiki offered to support integration and deep restoration.
