Restorative Sound & Energy Healing for Deep Rest and Reconnection
Service Description
Join us for an evening of deep rest, nervous system restoration, and embodied renewal through the healing power of sound and meditation. This immersive group experience is designed to help you slow down, settle your mind, and reconnect with yourself. As you rest comfortably, you'll be guided through a meditation while therapeutic sound from Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, drum, and other instruments gently washes over the body. The vibrations of sound help quiet mental chatter, release accumulated tension, and invite the body into a state where rest, regulation, and healing can naturally unfold. These sacred gatherings create space for stillness, reflection, and embodied restoration - many people leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, lighter, and more present, with a renewed sense of clarity, calm, and connection that extends well beyond the session.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy Life happens - I totally get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your 1:1 session or group class, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the spot to someone else. Cancellations and reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend (please email me their name in advance). No-shows will not receive a refund. All bookings are paid in advance to hold your space. Free connection calls will not be charged - but please try to provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Thank you for understanding and for respecting both my time and the energy of this container. Accessibility Notice Please note: The training space includes stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. There are no elevators or lifts available. If you have mobility concerns or accessibility needs, please email hello@littleritualsobx.com prior to booking so we can clarify whether the space will be supportive for you.
