Cancellation Policy

Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy Life happens - I totally get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your 1:1 session or group class, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the spot to someone else. Cancellations and reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend (please email me their name in advance). No-shows will not receive a refund. All bookings are paid in advance to hold your space. Free connection calls will not be charged - but please try to provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Thank you for understanding and for respecting both my time and the energy of this container. Accessibility Notice Please note: The training space includes stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. There are no elevators or lifts available.
