Service Description

This integrative session combines hands-on Reiki with the therapeutic use of sound, designed to support the nervous system, release tension, and promote whole-body coherence. Drawing on methods pioneered by sound therapy expert John Beaulieu, this offering uses tuning forks and Himalayan bowls placed directly on and around the body. These instruments create vibrational frequencies that travel through the tissues, gently “massaging” the body on a cellular level while stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system. Each tone interacts with your body’s own resonance - helping to shift energetic stagnation, regulate the flow of life force energy, and restore the organs and systems toward their natural harmonic state. The result is often a deeply calming, spacious, and transformative experience that opens pathways for healing, clarity, and inner attunement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy Life happens - I totally get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your 1:1 session or group class, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the spot to someone else. Cancellations and reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend (please email me their name in advance). No-shows will not receive a refund. All bookings are paid in advance to hold your space. Free connection calls will not be charged - but please try to provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
