Fall Equinox & Rituals for Shift

As I write to all of you

I'm sitting here on the dock...

the cool air grazing my back, the call of osprey far off down the creek, and the big, round, full pink moon slowly rises above the cedars...and I breathe.

I can feel the shift of seasons pulsating around me. I breathe again deep down into my belly, my toes... and I can feel that shift within my own body

SLOW DOWN.

WHAT SHIFTS ARE YOU FEELING RIGHT NOW?

Fall equinox is this week and today is the Pisces Full Moon!

Equinox's are a time for transition and Full moons a time for releasing.

This week's potent combo is truly the beckoning each one of us to slow down, tune into our experience, and allow time for this shift and space to LET GO.

HOW CAN YOU SUPPORT YOURSELF DURING THIS TIME OF SHIFT?

"What do you need to surrender for the help you need to arrive?" - intuitive astrologer Virginia Rosenberg

As we move from a time of heat and abundance, to a time of cool and release....how can you find balance in your daily tasks while carving time to honor this time of powerful changeover of season and self.

Times of transition can be hectic and overwhelming

OR they can be an invitation to take pause and check in with the story that's reverberating in our bodies and find mindful ways to move and shift into a new space/time.

WAYS TO SUPPORT OURSELVES DURING TRANSITIONS:

- Find a daily practice of yoga, breath work, meditation
- Rise at the same time everyday & start a reflective journal
- Bring the outside IN!
- Embrace a ritual to honor the shift of the season
I.E. Create an altar, go and fall forage, host a gratitude fire

There are SO many ways to support ourselves and welcome the juicy benefits of season shifts and life transition. We can formulate these practices on our own, or reach out for support. This can look like taking a yoga class or booking a reflective sound massage....

Whatever practice, ritual, or activity you find to honor self during this time of change...My hope is that each one of us tunes in and finds the gifts of knowing within and around us. May be set aside time for reverance of our experience, our sensual understanding, and that magical knowing that nature and the universe offer us.

"One thing I have learned in a long life: that all our science, measured against reality, is primitive and childlike. We still do not know one thousandth of one percent of what nature has revealed to us. It is entirely possible that behind the perception of our sense, worlds are hidden of which we are unaware." - Albert Einstein

be well,

xo Brooke
