Full Moon in Sagittarius 🌕 what truth can no longer be ignored?

Harnessing Full Moon in Sagittarius: Unlocking Inner Knowing with Rituals and Journal Prompts :

Sunday, May 31st brings us a Full Moon in Sagittarius, and I want to speak to it with the directness and potency I feel in my body right now, because that is exactly the energy this moon is asking for.

This is not a subtle moon. It is loud. It is illuminating. And it is asking you one essential question:

What is actually true - for who you are, what you need, and what you want in life?

Not what you were told. Not what has felt familiar or comfortable. Not what you have performed, inherited, or held onto because stepping away felt too uncertain or unknown.

What is soul-level true for you, right now?

The Dance Between Gemini and Sagittarius

We are currently sitting in the Sun in Gemini, which is the sign of communication, information, data, and how we perceive reality. And here comes this Full Moon in Sagittarius, directly opposite, pulling at it.

Gemini gathers information. Sagittarius asks what it all means.

Gemini is data. Sagittarius is wisdom.

And in this age of information overload, where we are constantly fed content, opinions, and noise from every direction, this moon is cutting through it all and saying:

Just because a voice is loud does not mean it is wise.

Just because something is presented as truth does not mean it is your truth.

The invitation of this Sagittarius Full Moon is to stop consuming and start discerning. To shift from mental fragmentation into soul coherence. To come home to your own inner knowing as your most trustworthy compass.

This moon is not asking you to find more answers outside of yourself. It is asking you to strengthen your relationship with the wisdom that already lives within.

What This Moon Is Illuminating

Full moons are always a spotlight. They illuminate what is working, what is no longer aligned, and what is ready to be released.

This one feels especially potent because Sagittarius is the sign of truth, freedom, philosophy, expansion, and the bigger picture. It does not tolerate false alignment for long.

So wherever you have been overperforming, controlling, bypassing, or forcing a sense of security or certainty, this moon may feel emotionally exposing. And that is not something to feel shame about. It is something to witness honestly and be present with.

This Full Moon is illuminating where inherited beliefs, outdated identities, and old ways of defining yourself are no longer aligned with who you are becoming.

Your future self is trying to emerge. And Sagittarius has a way of making it difficult to ignore what you already know deep down.

You may notice old desires quietly falling away. Ways of moving through life that no longer feel sustainable or true. Sudden waves of clarity. Emotional exhaustion as your system processes and reorganizes. A spiritual restlessness - that Sagittarian pull toward something truer, freer, and more deeply aligned.

If you've been feeling restless, emotional, uncertain, or like something inside of you is shifting but you can't quite name it yet, you're not imagining it. Many people are feeling the tension between who they have been and who they are becoming.

You might even feel some grief around a version of yourself you have outgrown. And I want to say this clearly: that version of you was not wasted.

It carried you here.

Every job, relationship, belief, and way of being that no longer fits was part of the

process. It brought you to this jump-off point.

From Information to Inner Knowing

We are living in a time where the question of what is true has never felt more complex. AI, media, polarized voices, and an overwhelming stream of information at every turn.

And because of that, discernment has become a spiritual practice.

The invitation is not to find the perfect authority to follow. It is to deepen your relationship with your own inner knowing.

To learn the difference between fear and intuition.

Between conditioning and truth.

Between performance and authenticity.

Our intuition is not separate from universal truth. When we are moving from a clear, embodied, and grounded place, our inner knowing connects us to something far greater than ourselves - what some might call the Akashic field, collective consciousness, or the deeper intelligence woven through life itself.

We all have access to it.

But we have to clear the societal noise, conditioning, inherited programming, and constant external input that distracts us in order to truly tune in and listen.

This is the heart of the work I guide people toward: learning the language of their body, listening to the wisdom of their emotional landscape, and building a relationship with themselves that is rooted in trust.

Not another set of rules to follow.

A deeper capacity to hear themselves clearly.

Because when we strengthen our connection to our inner knowing, life becomes less about performing who we think we should be and more about embodying who we truly are.

Self-care and soul-care are forms of activism. When we are resourced, regulated, and deeply connected to who we are, that coherence ripples outward into our families, communities, and the collective.

This is one of the deepest forms of change we have agency over, and it is available to all of us now. đź’ś

Saturn, Neptune, and the Dissolving of Old Structures

This Full Moon is made even more potent by Saturn and Neptune both in Aries right now.

Collectively and personally, we are being asked to release identities that no longer fit and step into a more authentic relationship with ourselves.

Many people are feeling emotionally raw, uncertain, or spiritually cracked open right now. This moon reminds us that what feels like falling apart may actually be a process of becoming.

Jupiter in Cancer: Expanding from Emotional Truth

One more layer worth naming: Jupiter, the ruler of Sagittarius, recently moved into Cancer. And Cancer is the sign of the emotional body, nourishment, intuition, and ancestral roots.

Jupiter in Cancer is asking us to expand not from performance, productivity, or what we think we should be doing, but from emotional truth. From deep feminine wisdom. From the healing of lineage patterns that are ready to be transformed.

How can you shift the lineage you came from?

How can you begin to live in a way that is more whole, more healed, more true?

Not by suppressing what is hard, but by allowing it to come to the surface so it can finally move through.

Expand from emotional truth, not from performance.

The life that is meant for you cannot be built from a version of yourself that is performing for belonging.

Practices for This Full Moon

This is a moon to be slow and intentional with - then we can take a leap of action.

Here is what I am recommending:

Journal. Let the thoughts come up and out. Be honest with yourself about what is no longer aligned, what truth you have been sitting on, and what version of yourself you are quietly grieving or quietly becoming.

Have the conversations. Mercury conjunct Chiron from our recent skies is still echoing. The wounded healer is asking us to speak what needs healing. Those honest conversations , with yourself and with others - from the heart, are where the weight lifts.

Slow down your intake. Less scrolling. Less information. Less noise. More meditation, silent walks, stillness before bed, yoga nidra, sound bath, watching sunset, not phone first hour of the AM…. Give your nervous system, mind, and body the quiet it needs to actually soften, settle, and hear your own inner voice.

Create ritual. Light a candle, pull a card, charge your stones, work a “spell” through your body with mindful movement, release ritual, journal with the prompts below, make art, sit under the moonlight if you can. Give this transition the reverence it deserves.

Be tender with yourself. Full moons can often be exhausting for many because we are processing. That tiredness is not weakness. It is the work happening - make space in your life and self for this.

Journal Prompts

  • Where in my life have I been abandoning what I know is true in order to maintain comfort, approval, certainty, or familiarity?

  • What would it look like to live in greater harmony with myself instead of constantly trying to force myself into rhythms, environments, or expectations that no longer fit?

  • What am I continuing to give my energy to that is keeping me trapped in cycles of exhaustion, overextension, or nervous system depletion, and how is it overriding the deeper wisdom my body has been trying to communicate?

You

Are Here to Play Your Part

I want to close with this:

We are energetic, electromagnetic beings. We are part of the symphony of life. And when we are not in harmony with ourselves, not in tune with our own truth and gifts, it is harder to find our natural place in that symphony.

Your soul has a song. This Full Moon is asking you to come back to it.

Not by becoming someone new.

By remembering who you have been underneath the noise all along.

To fine-tune your instrument. To stop performing someone else's melody and start playing your own.

It will take some work. Deprogramming always does. Stepping away from what has been familiar is not easy.

But it is so worth it.

And it is so available to you.

This moon is not here to knock you down.

It is here to set you free.

Happy Full Moon, loves.

With love + anchored in truth,

Brooke x
